4. Delivery and pickup
a. We will deliver your meal prep order to the address provided at the time of ordering.
b. If you choose to pick up your meal prep order, it will be available at our designated pickup location during specified hours.
c. We will not be responsible for any delays or failures in delivery or pickup due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
5. Cancellation and refunds
a. If you wish to cancel your meal prep order, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
b. If you cancel your meal prep order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time, or if you fail to pick up your order during the designated pickup hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order cost.
c. We do not offer refunds for any meal prep orders that have been delivered or picked up.
6. Health and dietary restrictions
a. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any health or dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering.
b. We will make every effort to accommodate customers with health or dietary restrictions, but we cannot guarantee that our meal prep offerings will be completely free of allergens or other substances that may cause an allergic reaction.
c. We will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to our meal prep offerings caused by health or dietary restrictions that were not disclosed to us at the time of ordering.
